Welcome to APG Diététique

APG Diététique was established in 2026 by a dietitian/ nutritional epidemiologist to provide clear, personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice to clients. Consultations are conducted on-line, or in the homes or workplaces of clients.

 

​After several years of working in community nutrition in Europe and the Caribbean, teaching nutrition/health promotion, and raising a family, it was time to share my knowledge and experience in nutrition in a more personalised way.​

 

My aim is to empower individuals and families to improve nutritional literacy by developing a knowledge of sustainable nutrition, and practical skills. This will improve their ability to maintain and improve their health with confidence.
